Every plan uses the same generator and the same quality check. What changes is how many credits you get each month, and what Pro adds.

Yearly plans are paid once and refundable in full within 14 days of the first yearly payment. Payments are processed by Polar as Merchant of Record.

For one or two videos a week.

## One unit: the thumbnail

The style and the text are never extra. What counts is the number of images made.

## Questions about paying

### Is there a free plan?

No: generating a thumbnail takes a plan, from $12 a month. What stays free: with a free account, the brief written from your video's link and the analysis of a thumbnail you already have; with no account at all, eight tools, among them a thumbnail tester and a thumbnail rater. Nothing you download carries a watermark.

### What does a credit buy?

One image is 10 credits: a generation, a second take, a correction by instruction or an Auto-Polish. The style and the text are included. A 4K image is 20 credits and a Test & Compare pack of three concepts is 30. The cost is shown on the button before you click it.

### What happens when I run out of thumbnails?

Generation pauses until your plan renews or you move to a bigger plan; nothing is deleted and your library stays available. Changing plan applies immediately and the new monthly amount is added right away.

### Do unused thumbnails roll over?

Monthly plans refill to their amount on each renewal. Yearly plans are topped up each month too.

### Am I charged when something fails?

No. A thumbnail is reserved before the model is called and given back when nothing comes out, including the second take of a pair or a concept of a pack. Auto-Polish counts nothing when the review finds nothing worth fixing.

### Can I cancel, and is there a refund?

Monthly plans cancel anytime from Settings; you keep access and the credits left until the end of the paid period, with no prorated refund for the remaining time. Yearly plans are paid up front and can be fully refunded within 14 days of the payment: write to billing@thumbnailmaker.so. A technical failure on our side is handled case by case, as the refund policy explains.

### Who takes the payment?

Polar, as Merchant of Record: they handle the card, the invoice and the taxes, and your card details never reach our servers.

### Is there a plan for agencies or several channels?

Studio is built for that: $99 a month for 3,000 credits, about 300 thumbnails, with three brand kits so each channel keeps its own look, batches of ten videos from their links, and the API. If you need more channels or volume than Studio covers, write to contact@thumbnailmaker.so.
